Caesar III Cheats
Caesar III Customize game
Open the C3MODEL.TXT file in a text editor. The file contains easy to follow instructions on how to change the game. By editing the file, you can change the economy (and make construction free), improve desirability, evolve tents into palaces, etc.
For free constuction, open c3_model.txt and beside the building name the 1st # is the cost of building:
EXAMPLE:
31,Theatre,{,2000,2,1,-1,2,8,0,0,},
SO 2000 IS THE PRICE
Caesar III More money
Enable Cheat mode. Then press [Alt] + C during game. (Note: Cheat only works if you have less than 5,000 denarii.)
Caesar III Quickly build an army
Place barracks in far-removed places.
Caesar III Cheat mode
Right click on a well and press [Ctrl] + K or [Alt] + [Ctrl] or [Alt] + K to activate cheat mode.
Caesar III Instant victory
Enable Cheat mode. Then press [Ctrl] + V or [Alt] + V during game.
